Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
ALL YOU'LL NEED:
- 3 Cups Addi's All Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup Salted Butter, Softened
- 1 Cup White Granulated Sugar
- 1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
- 2 Cup Chocolate Chips or Chunks
LET'S START BAKING!
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Line baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder. set aside.
- In separate bowl, mix butter and sugars until combined and creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla until fluffy.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips and mix well.
- Roll cookies into balls of your preferred size and place them evenly spaced on the cookie sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for approximately 8-10 minutes. Take them out just when they are starting to turn brown. Be careful not to over bake.
- Let them sit 2-3 minutes before moving to a cooling rack. Enjoy!
