At Addi’s for Everyonewe believe great food should bring people together — not leave anyone behind.

The inspiration for Addi’s began with a tray of homemade cupcakes lovingly prepared to be shared at school — only to be turned away because of food restrictions. That moment didn’t just send the cupcakes home uneaten; it sent a powerful message about exclusion. But it also sparked and idea.

A grandfather, who believed that love, joy, and connection are often expressed through food, founded Addi’s for Everyone with a simple mission: to create delicious, better-for-you products that everyone can enjoy and share — without worry or compromise.

His goal was to make indulgent, worry-free treats that could be confidently shared in a world increasingly shaped by dietary and health concerns.

Today, Addi’s is a trusted brand known for moist, rich, and inclusive baking mixes that often leave people asking, “Wait — this is gluten-free?”

We remain committed to using only the highest-quality ingredients: gluten-free, non-GMO, kosher-certified, and free from wheat, soy, nuts, and casein. All our mixes are developed using proprietary recipes and crafted in a dedicated facility to ensure zero risk of cross-contamination.

 

Why is Addi’s for Everyone? 

Addi’s was founded with the single principle that good food should bring EVERYONE together. Whether you suffer from Celiacs disease or have a family member with dietary restrictions, we believe everyone deserves the luxury of indulging in great tasting products without worry or compromise.

What is Gluten? And what does “gluten free” really mean?

Gluten is a general name for the proteins found in wheat, rye, barley and triticale. These glutinous proteins help foods maintain their shape, acting as a glue that holds food together. Gluten can be found in many types of foods, even ones that would not be expected. There are a variety of reasons to opt for a gluten free diet including celiac disease, allergies and dietary preferences.

Is your facility nut free? 

Our mixes are not produced in a nut free facility.  However, we have separate production areas for allergens and non-allergens. Our products are non allergen and never touch any equipment where allergens would be produced and these two areas are on opposite ends of the building. Additionally, our non-allergen room is free from the top eight allergens. 

So, how do you make such great mixes without gluten!? 

Addi’s proprietary flour is the secret. We have searched far and wide to source the highest quality gluten-free certified, wheat-free, soy-free and casein-free ingredients that deliver the ultimate moisture, lightness and flavor for each of our products.

We highly recommend our Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour as a pantry staple in any gluten free friendly household.

Are your mixes Vegan? 

We developed all of our mixes to be vegan friendly with great wet ingredient substitution listed on the back of the box.
