I made the brownies with the pumpkin and oil as before. Although the texture seemed a little grittier than it used to be to and the top surface seemed crusty, we are them all at one sitting. There are eight of us who must eat gluten-free. We greatly appreciate Addi’s mixes. I make my cookies from the yellow cake mix using pumpkin, molasses and spices. They are rolled in sugar before baking. Every time I take they to a gathering, I am asked for the recipe.
These are so delicious! Love making them with pumpkin purée! Our Kroger used to carry them but then stopped so I ordered online because our family love them so much! Thank you 😊
