Gluten-Free Pound Cake
ALL YOU'LL NEED:
- 3 1/4 cups Addi's All-Purpose Flour
- 9 large eggs
- 2 cups softened, salted butter

2 cups sugar
LET'S START BAKING!
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to cream butter until light and fluffy. Beat in sugar until smooth.
- Add in eggs one at a time and beat until smooth. Slowly add in flour, mixing in between additions.
- Pour between 2 greased and floured 9″x 5″ loaf pans.
- Bake for 1 hour. Cover with aluminum foil to prevent over browning. Cool in the pans for 15 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
