Gluten-Free Pound Cake


ALL YOU'LL NEED:

  • 3 1/4  cups Addi's All-Purpose Flour
  • 9 large eggs
  • 2 cups softened, salted butter
  • 2 cups sugar

LET'S START BAKING!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to cream butter until light and fluffy. Beat in sugar until smooth.

  3. Add in eggs one at a time and beat until smooth. Slowly add in flour, mixing in between additions.

  4. Pour between 2 greased and floured 9″x 5″ loaf pans.

  5. Bake for 1 hour. Cover with aluminum foil to prevent over browning. Cool in the pans for 15 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
